I can understand banning repeat spammers or repeat abusive posters, but what is the purpose of banning people like DMP (for example)?

with as many people that seem to have been banned from this thread, you're definitely going to skew the predictive value of the MDD post count.

LG, Please respond to my concerns about the banning of posters when you get some time. To add to my previous post, I would say that as a minimum the rules for being banned should be public and specific. As well, when a poster is banned the moderator should post same.

Does anybody have a list of the MDD-shunned? I know dmp and Chief are banned. Who else?
