Just a note. I agree with everything that you have said. [actually, I am surprised at this.]

I would think that their would be considerable economies of scale [reduction of personnel, accounting, etc.] for VSH to buy-out SILI. I think that it would be a "win-win" for both sets of shareholders.

I realize now I have commented here without deeper thought or research on some of my statements and I appreciate being corrected. It is unlike me to post unsubstantiated information or "heresay". My intial interest has always been with VSH, but I was attracted to VSH by SILI. I hope that an amicable solution positive to both companies and both sets of shareholders is forthcoming.
