PROLIFE: thats good, now I'm catching on.. before long I can masquerade as a good Baptist too. Little judgementalism there in that Baptist response isn't there ? I was talking to a very old 'gentle' man the other day in the hospital. I cannot say what he has but his short term memory is very limited, he has hardening of the arteries that limits his mental function. He started talking about his brother who has already passed on, and how his brother had multiple marital affairs.To be sure I'm not sure what his motive was in talking about his brother. I'll have to take a guess that he was just going over the application of grace in his limited mental capacity. Out of the blue I asked him if his brother was saved and if he thought his brother made it to heaven. His answer,,,,,,gregor I just don't judge those things.. What a brilliant answer ! You see in my mind I was thinking , how could his brother make it to heaven after committing adultery all those times ? But , what this taught me was that we should not even allow ourselves to go down that pathway. It is simply of no concern to us . We should just keep on witnessing, and planting those seeds, confronting sin but not judging the individual. I have experienced that most people know if they are heaven bound, but many that say they are will not make it and many that say they are sinners headed for hell will make it. The truth is no man knows. That is why every person is instructed to work out their own salvation with fear and trembling.............In Christ .gregor
