I stand corrected on the UDP question. I plead "confused". (NFS v1 versus NFS v2). WRT throughput, here is a later NetBench result showing througput approaching 40MB/Sec and 58MB/Sec using filers. I take my hat off to your real experience in using filers. I will not argue with that and am anxious to hear more of your opinion, positive and negative. You and buck have broken the boundaries of experience of this old redneck. (Tech geeks are a sales weenie's best friends if they can just have a few drinks together.)
