Is this some kind of pandering record? With a completely straight face, California Gov. Gray Davis has made one of the looniest proposals ever advanced by an otherwise serious politician. He wants to permanently exempt all accredited public school teachers in California from paying state income taxes. townhall.com

CNN always had a relatively tiny audience. And now CNN is "bombing" all over the place - they are massive decline. FoxNews and MSNBC are taking the viewers as CNN's ratings have declined something like 50% over last year. The internet really is a dagger aimed at what CNN used to provide - access to breaking news. I also believe CNN's extreme liberal bias turns thinking people away.
