probably. i'm surprised they complained about his touting of the stock. on CNBS money managers tout their positions all the time. that's considered normal in the mania. the SEC has recently tried to make waves about it, but like so many attempts to change the bezzle co-efficient this one is likewise doomed to get exactly nowhere until the mania finally cracks for good.
