that will only happen if we get a true bear market...then a) nobody will want to hear anymore what they have to say, and b) they WILL get sued. interestingly, the 'double-your-money' or 'top' picks by the biggest bull market cheerleaders have mostly performed abominably. and yet, these asinine touts NEVER get called on this nonsense. they simply go on touting whatever tickles their fancy. looking at the performance of the picks of the lesser lights, which CNBS does show from time to time, one generally gets the impression that throwing darts may have been the better alternative. so why give these morons airtime at all? it's totally baffling.
