My pal LP- an old timer,(he's been playing the market since the 60's) told me that a new presidential party will cause a 'cycling' of stocks. Those which outperformed during the last administration will then underperform, and vice versa. It's probably already begun.

Defense stocks are evidently predicting a 'Dubya' victory.
