Greg, I dont know. I remember the time I spent in Hong Kong and southern China in the 80's. The one thing that stood out to me is that it is almost considered culturally rude if you dont haggle with vendors over price. Its part of the dance of doing business. Maybe this attitude percolates up to higher levels and we just dont understand it.

Greg, Csco into the 40's in the a.m? Jdsu below 80. Down in the a.m. Vix shows no fear, needs to be in the mid 30's or above. Arms index needs to move, it is in neutral area. Needs to move up to over 1.5. I have read your post's and you are usually correct....I know you have some powder left for Csco below 45, IF it gets there. let's get this over with!! i bought some puts today...if you can't beat 'em, join 'em. We must be near a bottom if I bought poots today!! :) OOPS, thought this was the buffalo thread, sorry qcomer's. keep up the good work, sam
