re:employees got stock options @ 65

They'll get another 70,000,000 or so in July. Exercise price 55, you say? Frankly, I don't see any support, now that 65 has failed. But, at today's price, and anything lower, the stock is a LTB&H. The 2003 LEAPs will be available, I think, next week, and I'm thinking about what strike price to buy. 75? 90? If AMAT and CSCO keep sliding, I may buy LEAPs in them as well.

I can't help but notice the TA "analysis" comments posted here on MSFT stock. Is TA only "obvious" looking at a stocks historical chart, or do you find it has useful predictive value? I know some people trade on it, so I am sure there is something to it. However, it does seem to be something throw around in the future to justify price action in the price from the PAST but I see few using it to predict the future, which I would hope is all most here are interested in. For instance, what do the TA folks here see MSFT at in the short term? And if the say 60, and in two weeks it is 70, are they wrong, or was the chart just "read" incorrectly?

Just trying to figure out TA's use, if there is any, so would appreciate comments.

I am long term MSFT holder, just bought June Calls at the close (70's) mainly because they were suddenly so cheap. Time will tell if the price was justified.

Good luck to all.

Bob
