I think so, too. And I think there are a lot of individuals with cash. I had lunch with someone fairly wealthy a couple of weeks ago, and he told me he was all in cash and had no intention of changing that until "things settle down." I seem to be the only person I know foolish enough to be in stocks. Oh, well, old dog and all that. Now that I'm down for the year, cash looks like it would have been a good idea. <g> JMHO.
