Rick: I just found your post to me and it began with my name. No excuse, I just missed it. After my nightmare with Ameritrade when I bot ALKS at 2 3/8 in the morning and sold it at market in the the afternoon when it was bid 10 7/8 and they claimed...after the market closed...that they couldn't execute the market order...I have been investigating other firms that handle options. I wasn't aware that stops could be used with options, I use limit orders...except when I want out or in and am willing to receive or pay a bit less or more...when I entered sell ALKS market when it was 10 7/8 bid I knew they could come back with a fill of 10 or even 9. Gotta be real careful with option dealers...they do not have the best reputation on the Street. (Lee)
