LG, Ban someone from this great thread is really very serious. Like others, I believe warnings should have been given and there should be an announcement that you will start this policy before you ban anyone. Would you consider to lift this and give everyone a second chance? Show all those attacking you that you really have a big heart. Most people here are mature enough to tell the differences between attacking and different opinions. Accusing someone steal other people's ideas or calling other people's work "pathetic attempts" are unacceptable. (especially when we know how good your work is) But market calls without great analysis work should not be considered to be offenses to your guidelines. Beleive me, we can tell good work from sloppy work. I think this suggestion has merit. However, it should be done in private and would have to be narrowed down to a panel of two or three regular contributors.
