KSS, I don't understand it myself, I came across it on a screen for high PE retail stocks, figured that with tech PEs coming inline, other overvalued stuff should also. Apparently, there is some hype about Kohl's penetrating the northeast through their purchases of bankrupt caldor stores, and I have seen Kohl's zealots on some message boards claiming what a great shopping experience it is. I've never been inside one but I can't imagine whatever it is to be worth that share price, unless they are giving away handjobs with each purchase. Less than perfect execution in store and distribution center expansion and they should roll over. If by some miracle it breaks the double top convincingly, I will probably cover.
