Thanks David. The basis for my question is that if a company really perceives "palm" as undervalued, or a possible acquisition, then there wouldn't be any hesitancy in acquiring "coms" shares at these prices - and wait for the tax penalty date to come and go.

We can dream can't we? Especially on these type of days!
