Well,, this is better than what I saw,,, Cramer must be trying to unload,,
Meanwhile, Novell, which makes computer network
software, reported net income of $31 million, or 9 cents
a diluted share for its second fiscal quarter ended April
30. In the comparable quarter last year, the company's
net income totaled $38.7 million, or 12 cents a share.

Excluding a one-time royalty payment of $35 million,
Novell said it earned 2 cents a diluted share. A poll of
six analysts taken by First Call/Thomson Financial
predicted earnings of 1 cent a share.

Analysts lowered their estimates in early May after the
company warned that its results would be lower than
anticipated because of a drop in demand for its
packaged software.

The Provo, Utah-based company reported revenue of
$302 million, compared to $315 million reported for the
third quarter 1999.

Novell shares closed up 13/16, or 9%, at 9 3/4 at the
end of regular trading. The company reported its
earnings after trading hours, and its shares fell 1/2 to 9
1/4 after hours, according to Instinet.

This is a cheap shot.

It's beneath you. We don't know why he didn't come on board, but my guess would be that he is coming into a difficult situation and he backed out.

The guy taking over was in charge of consulting sales. If he is as aggressive with the channel as he was in terrifying them with direct consulting then maybe we will get some good results!
