You're right Jack. They are in no way involved
in the DOJ action. It is an anti-trust action
that was instigated, investigated, and prosecuted
by the federal government, not a private lawsuit.

As I recall, some Sun employees were called as
witnesses along with those from Apple, IBM, Dell,
Compaq, and Intel.

Most of the damage done to M$FT in the trial was
done by M$FT to itself. They are their own worst
enemy.
