Remember the old saying Jack??? "Believe nothing
of what you hear and only half of what you see."

Opinions are like noses, everybody's got one. By
law, what influences a judge is evidence from the
courtroom proceedings. The appearance and substance
of this propriety helps to insure that the verdict
won't be overturned on appeal.

BTW: just check SUNW's balance sheet over the last 5
years and you will notice that they have had no problem
competing in the open market.
