B. Nadelson: Thanks for info on the tests for "Nordic" at 450 k. in Eastern Europe. I too wondered if that might be useful for PAS in China. Still curious if in fact PAS is in use now in China. If not, what technology does PAS use? Would CDMA be a PAS upgrade? All this is small now, but if the potential is huge as seems to be reflected in the article you cited, it might be worth find out something about what kind of market Qualcomm might have to go alongside the UNICOM CDMA roll out.
