Your posts are your ego trip

and your blasting me for "ignoring you" shows it.

When you have something to say that is relevant to owning NOVL, I will be happy to comment.

Hello Frederick,

Wow ... you guys post a lot! I'm reading as fast as I can!

In this post to Paul you stated:

> Fiondella.....
>
> Head in the sand - ignoring my posts - seems like you're
> a confirmed apoligist of the current dysfunction.

Hmmm ... this is sounding pretty negative from a usually positive guy. You aren't trying to make Paul wrong here are you?

> There's a big difference in supporting the person, but
> NOT the dysfunction. I'm not being personal against you
> or Novell.

I would suggest that you don't *think* you are ... but "actions speak louder than words" ... I've realized this myself recently ...

> You don't "get down" on people for this does nothing but
> encourage position building instead of collaboration and
> cooperation.

And so what is this post, that you wrote, doing? I'm not saying that it is right or wrong, but it sure seems to be a post which is "get[ting] down" on Paul ...

I'm simply trying to offer some observations ...
