Here's a thought. It's been over a month since the initial crash on 4/17. Most people are investors by the tax rules, that is they have to play by the wash sale rule. So if there was any selling done at a loss in the wake of 4/17 (of course there was), it has been more than 30 days now and one can rebuy these stocks. But there is a bonus - many stocks are cheaper today than last month. So the investors get their tax break and also get to rebuy the stocks at a lower price. Seems like a good reason for some buying pressure to come into the market.

Hi Jenna,
It is an excellent writeup. To find a stock worth to trade in this market is quite hard, CTXS is a great call today for +2 points gain. Other than that daytraders just try to guess the next bounce to unload the high momentum such as SDLI, CIEN ... or to play the shorts.
In this choppy market -- means the market will chop the player if wrong/bad trade is made -- we need more of your attention during the day on this thread until we have our own chatroom.
Have a great day
