Hi Sector,

Well KVHI , nicknamed the Rock, was being accumulated all day. This type of trading action , I believe, is only achievable by large institutional buyers.

This is just mt opinion but here's how I see it working: I'm running a fund and want to buy 25000 shares. If I go to the market and place my order so the whole world sees it,every little guy sees "buy 25000 shares at 6" what do they do? all the little guys (like you and me) place orders for 300 shares at 6 1/16 then 300 at 6 1/8.Now I'm in the game of chasing.Noooooo body likes that.

So I call up my favorite market maker and say " If you collected 25000 shares for me I' d pay 6 and I'd pay it even if the market tanked - trust me I'm a buyer.

Market maker with glee in his eyes says I'll give you a break on commissions and begins to scalp 1/16's and 1/8's.Then all of a sudden on a slow trading day as the lemmings individually jump - this 13500 share block rolls thru at 6. Where did that come from??? Scalping action which becomes revenue for the MM and a non market impacting transaction for the fund manager.

I'm not complaining. I think this trading action is absolutely the clue I look for. This is accumulation by institutions. The lifeblood of any stock in an uptrend!!!!

It's not our positions that drives the market - it is the institutional $$$$$ that is the driver.

I saw this in SBSE and KVHI all day yesterday and I love it.

JMHO

Bob

We are getting close to a nice move up.
