Hi all, just got back from a fantastic fishing trip. My better half had it all arranged as a birthday present. We rented a Beaver and left Vancouver on Friday. We got about fifteen minutes into our flight,when the pilot turned and said in a calm voice " We have to turn back, we have engine problems ". My better half and I looked at each other and kind of smiled and hoped for the best.....:=). Well after returning to Vancouver, we had to change company and got an other Beaver to fly us to Klowhom lake. We had a beautiful time. Flyfishing was tremendous and it was a relief to be away from all hussle and bussle of daily life and the " Market ". So to all here I wish you a time to be away from all, so you can reflect on life itself. Bidder, maybe you should take some time off, and that might bring some fresh thoughts and new inspiration for you and yours. Jim, I have lived in Port Renfrew in the past, and had some excellent Steelhead fishing in Gordon river, and caught lots of crabs in the bay. Well hope this was not too long.
