X, Uh...gee...thanks. That target of S&P down 67 from Friday's close that I mentioned over the weekend is now down 77 from Friday's close of 1406. The target is actually a downtrend line. Coincidentally 1339 is where the S&P put in a 3 day bottom Thursday thru Monday, 2/24 - 2/28. The technicals are now really negative so it's highly likely we'll see that happen tomorrow. As far as chart patterns go...1339 would be seen as a break BELOW a head and shoulders neckline that originates on 2/28. At that point the indicators will be oversold enough to precipitate a bounce. As the bounce progresses, possibly over several days, the key technical factor I'll be watching is whether or not the 13 dCCI puts in a comatose upswing. If that's the case, after the bounce, we head lower still.....well into the 1200s. Doug R Life is just a phase you're going through...you'll get over it. Junk is something you throw away three weeks before you need it. There is always one more imbecile than you counted on. Artificial intelligence is no match for natural stupidity. Experience is a wonderful thing. It enables you to recognize a mistake when you make it again. By the time you can make ends meet they move the ends. Someone who thinks logically provides a nice contrast to the real world. Blessed are they who can laugh at themselves for they shall never cease to be amused.
