Internet big caps probably have a bigger weighting in the NDX. Ebay down 15%, Yahoo down 6%, and internet index down 7.5% Yahoo was added to S&P 500 last fall and had huge run. Now, perhaps we get Nasdaq Comp to Nasdaq 100 ratio also revert to last Fall as is Nasdaq Comp to Dow Jones ratio in the process.

el paradisio, I had not noticed that. thanks.

There was a post early yesterday point out that the telecomm/networking groups had not dropped as badly as the SOX in the recent decline. That obviously happened/started to happen yesterday as well. There is so much uncertainty about the Fed and the economic data right now that we need something to spur confidence. What effect do you think that approving China for normal trade will have? What time is the vote expected to have been completed?

Thanks again,

Tp
