ANNOUNCEMENTS: Michael F. Morrell, regrettably, will be forced to postpone his scheduled visits to Montreal and Toronto on May 29 and May 30, 2000, respectively. The visits are being cancelled for reasons unrelated to the purpose of the scheduled visits. Mr. Morrell and other members of the management of the Company feel that it is more appropriate that we focus on the business of the Company. The visits will be rescheduled as soon as is practically feasible.
