SMITHTOWN, N.Y., April 17 /PRNewswire/ -- James Zimbler Chairman and CEO, of Universal Media Holdings, Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: UVTF UVTFE) announced today that Universal has completed the purchase of Net Tronics Communications Corp. Net Tronics is a reporting company under the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, pursuant to section 13 or 15(d). The Company has filed a Form 8-K, pursuant to a Rule 12g-3(a) transaction, with the SEC. Annexed to the 8-K filing is the information required by the Form 10-SB of Universal Media. The Company expects to comply with the requirements of filing a pro forma financial statement of the combined companies within the required time period.
