to straight life, boston view etc.

what do you think of the bonuses / etc. ?

>>>>>>>>>The pro forma results for Q2'00, Q2'99 and Q1'00 EXCLUDE !!!!!!!!!!! stock-based compensation of $18.4 million, $98,000 and $688,000 respectively. In addition, the pro forma results for Q2'00 exclude amortization of intangibles of $1.6 million related to the acquisition of Polaris Communications and expenses totaling approximately $941,000 related to the transition of a president and new chief operating officer, the relocation of our corporate headquarters and legal costs associated with patent infringement lawsuits. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

these are LARGER than the whole qtr. record revenues !
I am a shareholder of crds.

I am totally BEWILDERED at this release.

Besides.........why should they be excluded ?

Obviously the street has not taken this well. Neither have I.
I hope that I am wrong....my my trust in this management is here seriously challenged.

This is the kind of reports the mrkt has NOT looked at with kindness. Why would the compensation package be so great ?

any opinions ?

Well BV did you smell this price at 19?
I have had to resort to the Yahoo boards to get any feedback on this stock in resent weeks.
Last post here was decades old in cyber-market time.
Over there people are (claiming) huge losses as they bail one after the other.
A number of stories complaining about the lack of any reports from the company and some have gone right to the company door in Houston and been treated rudely and left.

I haven't yet checked out some of the statements; like all the insider trading taking place with CRDS.
Whisper numbers are not looking great FWTW.
CRDS may get hit with below earnings estimates, probably due to the Polaris deal calculated for this quarter.

Me, I thought I was doing good trading down awhile back at 34-damn this stock has tanked bad!
I am thinking they will recover. It may be a long haul or not. But when they reach my cost basis-if ever<g>, I'm out of this crazy one.
If I'm lucky that should be next year at this time...
...perhaps it will be the next post here.
