In looking at the Naz chart over the last five years, it is interesting to note that if you ignore the runup since last Oct. and the Oct. 98 dive we are now just below where you would expect us to be-a simple straight line through the middle of the chart (forget those moving averages for a moment) puts the Naz around 3500-3600-pretty much where you would expect it to settle down when the fear subsides.
