CSFP last year, and someone else just a couple of weeks ago. Not unlike the situation described in 'liars poker' where nice neat tidy contracts are pakaged to make the old portfolio 'look' better. In this country since it wasn't against 'the letter of the law" it never became such a big deal. DAK
