Because QCOM is still priced too high for it's PE and the pay off has been delayed and story made less then clear. We have dropped through the 80 and 70's like butter, once we get into the low 70's and high 60's I see the stock rallying some only we get some good news and the market at large stages a relief rally, only to fail to continue it's decent to the 50's, where I see value returning to the picture for QCOM. The big problem we have now is the speed of the decent. Many of investor still hold QCOM, they will want to get out whole or at least at a higher price, this is called overhead resistance.
