Dear Appro: Yes, I was able to cancel my order. I learned that they released the press release to at least 3 analysts prior to putting it on the wires. Although I still own a few shares I dont feel like investing more until I learn more as to WHY they did such a dumb thing and IF it is going to result in Class Action suits. Quizzed my broker on this and he told me its not currently illegal, ie common to tell the analysts first. I didnt know that and if its true disagree with it. I think the fact almost 8 million shares traded before the bell is PROOF how bad it is to do that. JDN
