Dear JDN: Phil has done a marvelous job making his den both cozy and attractive. It's not the bare-bones kind of den we humans would expect. On the walls are pictures of his relatives and girlfriend as well as a few we humans would consider artistic photos, close-ups of bush beans and broccoli in someone's garden. Coffee table, 2 Lazy Boy chairs, Posture-pedic bed with a PA Dutch quilt and Ralph Lauren floral sheets. Phil just got a Philips flat screen TV last fall. He was planning to get the DISH next winter but offered to get it now if I want it. With my fingers crossed this market will improve sooner rather than later, I thanked Phil for his offer but said it was not necessary. Regards, Lynn P.S. Too bad Clinton is not able to run for reelection. I do not think this market would be in it's present condition if he was running. Not that I'm for him--I'm a Republican.
