What if April 7th was the date and MSFT has been buying since then (from $90 or so down to $63)?? Not a pleasant thought.

JH, CT, Insitu: I can recall it being 6 months to 24 months according to SEC rules (Can't find ref erece right now). So either July 8, 2000 Or Jan 8 2002. In either case it is not June 8. But which one is it? July 8 2000 or Jan 8 2002? What constitutes it to be 6 months or 2 years?

Can someone who know how to do this, call NY times editor who wrote that piece and ask to correct.
