Well, supply and demand is why the market will comfortably accept a NASDAQ range of 2000 to 3200 instead of where Warren Buffett would "value" it at between 1000 and 2000. :)

In any case, yes, excess money chasing too few good companies is a real problem. But the Fed ends up fighting against that problem by making risk-free interest rates more attractive than risky higher-interest investments.

But I don't think high valuations will go away. And I don't think volatility is going to go away. And I don't think the bull market is going to end. It just needs to get into a lower orbit.
