What do you think QCOM can make this year on an operating basis? Is $750MM achievable?

I have a hard time seeing them NOT making at least $750m during this FY. The upside could be limited by the Korean decision to elimanate handset subsidies....however this decision has been made before and they have never stuck to it. Also the uncertainty over China is probably continuing to reduce the premium that the Street is willing to pay for Qualcomm.

None of this matters once W-CDMA networks start getting rolled out....

JMO...I would avoid buying options. If you are buying LEAP's go out to 2002.
