They also have this 110% guarantee which they advertise with a big poster at the entrance. There are teenagers who go from diner to diner just to get the free meal. They have offered me the free meal for almost no offense at all, and I tell them no, as a shareholder I reject it. I have been complaining about this, but to no avail. I don't think it brings them in any more business. Their service and food have improved over the last 2 years. They sell a lot of milkshakes and burgers, I hope they make a profit on them.
