Thanks Greg. Only comment I have is Oracle vs. Siebel. Not going to happen. I work in the business and Oracle's been trying to crack into the service business (now broadened and called CRM) for over 10 years with little to no luck. Siebel has too great a lead (much larger marketshare than anyone else AND with a faster growth rate) and is now seen by virtually everyone as the Gorilla in CRM. Siebel's value chain is far greater than Oracle's in CRM as well. Oracle wins almost no business in CRM. Most of their 'sales' are either sold to captive back office customers or 'give aways' that are then redefined as sales. I would most surprised if Oracle makes any serious in roads on SEBL.
