I just don't see how this could be happening to QCOM if this deal were in the bag so to speak. I shuttled between the Midwest and D.C. for three years, worked a State Legislature and a big city Board. Sniff, sniff...this don't smell right. And now that I've said that I've seen last minute deal$ (and cut a few my$elf) that changes the whole complexion of the count. Anything can happen and probably will. If we drop late in the day prior to close that means word is getting around and it means the word ain't good.
