Youthline USA Enters Hong Kong and China With Its Innovative Subscription Based Internet Service

Company to Partner with Tengtu International Corp to Increase Education Offerings in Hong Kong and China

HOWELL, N.J., May 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Youthline USA, Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: YLNE - news), a multimedia company that provides educational and entertainment products and services for today's youth, today announced that it will be extending its Internet service, youthline-usa.com to
China and Hong Kong.

In order to best service Hong Kong and Chinese schools, Youthline USA will join forces with Tengtu International Corp., which, through its various subsidiaries, develops and markets educational and entertainment multimedia, and it provides information technology infrastructure for China's national k-12 educational system.

Youthline USA has successfully implemented its subscription-based Internet service into school districts
across the United States. A subscription to youthline-usa.com offers students access to
daily news articles with accompanying curriculum-related activities, daily stock market tips and virtual stock market game, and limited email accounts for all users. Website subscribers also have access to Youthline USA's vast online archive databases that incorporates five years of Ingenius news and activities.

Commenting on the partnership with Tengtu, Saki Dodelson, President of Youthline USA, said: ``This relationship demonstrates that our service not only provides a valuable tool for educators in the United States, but can be used on a world-wide basis. We are extremely excited to be working with our first foreign partner and look forward to developing future foreign relations.''

Pak Cheung, CEO of Tengtu stated, ``Youthline USA's Internet service will bring added value to the infrastructure that we are already providing to the educational systems of China. This will be an important feature in helping upgrade the education system in China.''

YOUTHLINE USA provides value-added educational and entertainment multimedia products and services to meet the school, library, and home market needs. The company is currently building a unique, fun and productive Internet-based educational service for children, their teachers, parents, and librarians.

For the past two years, the core product offering of YOUTHLINE USA has been its weekly newspaper geared for children ages 8 to 13. The newspaper fosters reading, writing, and creative thinking by presenting the news in an age-appropriate and age-sensitive manner. Each issue consists of sixteen full-color pages of interesting and timely articles on a variety of topics, including world and
national news, sports, politics, economics, science, health, and computers -- always in an eye- and mind-catching manner. By covering both national and international news, the YOUTHLINE USA newspaper connects children across the nation, while simultaneously introducing them to different cultures around the world.

In addition to the 16 page national newspaper, four-page regionalized inserts are available with local political, sports, and human interest news. All inserts are full-color and afford the opportunity for local advertisers to reach local populations. Presently, Philadelphia has signed on for a regional insert.

Youthline-usa.com is an educationally oriented product offered to schools and individuals that reinforces academic skills by introducing news articles with accompanying activities, daily stock market tips and virtual stock market game, and email accounts for all users. Accompanying the daily website and the weekly newspaper is the Youthline USA Fun and Feature Magazine. Its eye-catching, exciting format, combined with its durability, make the magazine an ideal forum for advertisers who want to reach their market and stay
there.

Among YOUTHLINE USA's recent acquisitions are: Ingenius, a multi-media programming and news archive with a database consisting of 1,560 news stories; and LessonStop (http://www.lessonstop.org), a Website for innovative K-12 teachers to seek, share, and discuss ideas for classroom activities.
