Since I am SO UNDISCIPLINED when it comes to vices, I never keep chocolate in the house. I have to make a special trip, and I get the real rich, expensive stuff so I just buy "a little", so I consider it a treat. I won't go on a NutraSweet rampage either, but would just urge caution and certainly moderation with that stuff if you are going to use it. bp
