You're definitely right about this. We have way too many people like Battipaglia, Cohen, et al who are permanently bullish. These broken clocks are of no use at all. Only people such as Fleck, who exhibit the ability to either bullish or bearish, can offer any insight.

You missed my point completely, and at the same time made my point for me. The people who are buying the flawed advice of the Tom Galvins of the world will wish they'd listened to Fleckenstein a year from now.

You took a chunk off the table earlier this year, smart move. The problem is, most people didn't, instead they called Ditech and refinanced their house to continually buy the dips this Spring.

As far as your having made a lot of money in the last 5 years, WHO HASN'T?
