No one can accumulate without spending money, obviously if someone is accumulating it's to make money (what do they know?) - all you have to do is prove the accumulation - then you have your answer.

Just to let you know they gave me .17 on LRSY yesterday when I sold my small 12,000 share position. I am dumping stocks that I have small positions in and can break even in and trying to strengthen up my longs that I have faith in. In this market a 20-30% gain might be time to dump. It seems they all pullback after a gain and you can rebuy if you want.
