MZEI - The Agreement provides for a placement of $10 million dollars US on the sale of 2,000,000 shares of the Company's stock valued at $5 per share.

Yep....and now its stall at .65 x .68.....what comes next is pretty easy to figure out....nothing and I mean NOTHING is going up regardless of the news.....same thing with WLDC, great news stock is down .19 with a sixteen cent spread

SSP-i know a co that will announce rev growth from $20 mil last year to $50 mil this year and should do even better next year with solid fed-state contracts but i bet it won't do diddly either since it is an otcbb
