There you go. If you're a real bear, you wouldn't even watch the market. You'd be off buying real estate or Krugerrands. But instead, you just have a bunch of market timers sitting on their hands cuz their pockets are stuffed with cash. And just as everyone can't sell at the top, everyone can't get in at the "bottom". The person who said "buyer capitulation" coined a good phrase.
