Mani,

Bad in one sense because it means the holders of AMD are scared and are selling big time; good on the other hand because the big traders like Cramer say we have to have a total capitulation of the weak holders before the Naz can regroup and stabilize.

That is generally bad. But I think it is both a reflection of the market as a whole, AND some of the steam being let out from AMDs stellar rise over the last several months.

Interestingly, as a whole AMD volume drops as the price drops... at least until this morning.
