Why do you think that? Jews breaking the law, in the 1940's, is a completely different point from deciding who has the right to determine if an alien child can petition for asylum. Your thinking is more than usually muddled on this point.

Had I been there I would be arguing against Maxine Waters and in favor of allowing the Jews to remain in America. The point being that one must use "Common Sense" when judging or evaluating a situation. I do NOT follow blindly. I only hope that others put aside partisanry forever and use their own nugget. I am not a Liberal nor a Conservative, I am neither Right or Left...I am ME. And "Me" thinks in this case that Elian should be with his father.
