I understood Edwarda to say that she received a PM-- not that someone had gotten information "leaked" in some way. Also, no one one invaded anyone's privacy here! You guys are reacting to something which didn't exist. Gaugs knows Freddy quite well, and knew that he was joking. Freddy would never reveal private info, and knows how private Gaugie is which is why he was teasing him with that. Any lurkers hoping to suddenly find themselves availed of this kind of private info here would be sadly disappointed.

Actually, it was a PM and the person did not get past my alias for any further information. If anyone had gotten past my alias, there would have been hell to pay, you can be sure! What I used the incident to illustrate is that there may be all sorts of weird people lurking and we tend to forget it while we are posting. As another SIer observed once to me, after deleting some of the information on her profile, we tend to chat along and mention in passing all manner of personal information that a stalker could put together and possibly use. I don't mean to scare anyone, honestly. This is just a reminder.
