Um- point of order. I blame ALL people who kill, it is all terrible. And I already said that. But humans are brutal. That is why the evolution of civilization is important. Brutality is unforgivable in a God though. Gods really ought to be better than people. If they aren't what use are they? Again- just my opinion.

There were babies and children in the Nazi concentration camps, they were in Jerusalem when the Romans destroyed almost every brick of city, they were in China when the Mongols rode down on villages and cities destroying everything in their path, they were in the Philipines when the Japanese invaded, and so on...

Of course. But nobody has suggested that the Nazis, the Romans, the Mongols, or the Japanese were carrying out the will of a benevolent deity, and nobody is suggesting that we worship the sponsor of their deeds. If anyone did, I'm sure that you would hear X - and many others - protesting.
