Bear markets end when perceptions change. I am changing my perceptions now.

One swallow doesn't make it a summer! Just look at the investor complacency. They are thinking that this is a bad dream and it will go away. Heck, I saw a message where someone who is short a stock is saying that it will see a 70% increase, but it will take a "few months"! If that is how a short feels, imagine how complacent a long has to be!

Bear markets end when the majority of investors lose their Dutch courage and end up capitulating. We are not there yet. Not by any stretch of the imagination.
